What is 90-Day Cookie Duration?

If a user comes throgh your unique link to Arosum.com, and then purchases anytime within 90-days, you get commission on the sale(s).

How does the AROSUM affiliate program work?

Each individual in our affiliate program will be given access to a selection of unique tracking links and banners, which can then be added to blogs, websites, or social media platforms, and more. If a visitor clicks on one of your unique links, they will be redirected to our website, and their activity will be tracked. And a commission will be earned if a sale is completed due to a redirect through your unique link.

What is the AROSUM affiliate programme?

The Arosum affiliate program is a way that you can make money from your existing network, blogs, articles. By joining the program, you will be issued a unique referral code which you can then share with your network (website, Blogs) When someone clicks through to the Arosum website using your code, the sale will be attributed to you.

You will earn from 5% up to 20% commission of each sale generated via your unique referral code.

I haven’t received an email with my tracking number. Where can i find it?

Make sure to also check your spam / junk folder! If you still can’t find it, log in to your client area and in ‘Order history and details’ you will find the tracking number. If the name of the carrier is not indicated, send us an email and we will send you all the details by return.

What happens if i’m not at home for the delivery?

The postman will leave a note and your parcel it will be left at your nearest post office. You will have 1 week to pick it up. After 1 week the package will be returned to us.

I made a mistake on the delivery address. How can i change it?

You must contact us as soon as possible at support(at)arosum.com so that our logistician can make the change. Unfortunately, if your order has already been taken by the shipper and you have received the tracking number we can no longer make changes.

Do you have a phone number which i can contact you?

We do not have a public phone number as we have had calls for other services that we do not offer. Send us an email with your phone number to support(at)arosum.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We don’t do any postal mailing except for your actual orders. So you won’t have to worry about receiving any kind of paper mail from us.

What’s the order fulfillment time?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after the payment has been received. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
