In the rare event that your product fails to work due to a defect in workmanship or materials, AROSUM team will, at its discretion, replace your product with the same or a similar product according to the warranty offered.
Valid warranty claims
Warranty claims must be made within the product warranty period. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. We need to add that the warranty on a replacement is from the original date of purchase on the receipt. A valid receipt is required in order to submit a warranty claim.
Product covered under 1-year warranty*
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.
